We welcome you to the camping La Source**** in the department of Var, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Verdon in a protected area. We invite you to spend your holidays in the sunshine of Provence in our camping on the edge of the lake of Ste Croix, close to the Gorges du Verdon, and 100m from the village Les Salles sur Verdon.
Campers, caravanners and motorhome owners, you will find here the spirit of the authentic camping without any mobilhome or rental. Our campsite is open from May 05th to October 6th.
The snack ” la Source”, run by Christine and Richard is open from 15/05 to 19/09.
The reception office is open from 8.30am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7.30pm. Reservations are accepted from 12/03

Between 1972 and 1974, the old village of Les Salles sur Verdon was destroyed to allow the Lac de Sainte Croix to be filled with water. Rebuilt in a exceptional environment on a small promontory overlooking the same lake, the new village (500m altitude) is located in an unspoiled nature and enjoys an almost ideal climate. The village of Les Salles / Verdon has now turned to quality tourist reception, sports tourism, family tourism at the water’s edge or environmental tourism.
You will be able to practise numerous nautical activities on the lake of Ste Croix and enjoy its turquoise water at 100 m from the campsite.
The 89 leased sites (from 80 to 140 m2) are delimited by hedges, vegetation or landscaping. Drinking water fountains are distributed throughout the site.
The caravan comfort pitches have a water fountain, a waste water collector and 10 A electricity connection.
The classic comfort pitches for tents, caravans or motorhomes have an optional 10A electrical connection.
We propose you to spend a calm and natural stay in our campsite **** of 89 places on the edge of the lake of Ste Croix between lake and mountain :
Playground for children, sanitary facilities with all comfort, snack in season, ping-pong tables, meeting room, petanque ground, collective barbecue, laundry, WIFI connection… Direct access to the village les Salles sur Verdon with all its shops.
